I have been fortunate to spend my career doing what I love: working with people, plants and outdoor elements to create beautiful and useful spaces. Some are relaxing spaces, others are working environments, while still other projects include some combination of work, play and/or function. I never know what my next project might include.
My hometown is Perry, Georgia. I graduated from Perry High School and later the University of Georgia. From there I moved to the Atlanta area and had the privilege of learning from some of the area’s top landscape professionals.
My wife, LeAnne, and I eventually moved back to middle Georgia and are blessed to be near our children, grandchildren and extended family.
These days I very much enjoy helping younger ‘green industry’ professionals while still maintaining a robust design schedule. Landscape design is a fascinating and rewarding career and one to which I hope to contribute for more years to come.
